House Dressing:
1 tbs. Dijon mustard
5 tbs. champagne vinegar
6 tbs. olive oil
1/2 cup + 1 tbs. corn oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Carrots:
2-1/2 lbs. carrots - bite size sticks
1-1/2 tsp. bottled horseradish
2 tbs. parsley
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Toss everying with 1/3 cup House Dressing. Serve with baguette.
