Italian Beef - Woodcock Recipe

1 tsp Salt
2 lb Roast Beef
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
Italian Seasoning
Rosemary

it's pretty simple, the hardest part is getting the roast beef tender and separated correctly. Below is the original recipe that my mom made. I use chopped garlic and a chopped onion instead. Mom used a gas oven on low and a roast pan, I use a crockpot on low instead and instead of slicing it thin I pull it apart so it's shredded.

Sprinkle a little rosemary over roast and add a lot of water. Bake in
slow oven until tender, slice thin, put back into broth and serve on
BUNS.
