1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1/6 cup honey
1 tsp ground pepper
1-1/2 tbsp fresh minced ginger
Reserving 1/6 cup marinade, pour rest in plastic bag with meat.
Set aside (room temperature) for 1 hour, rotating every 15 minutes.
Broil 2-3 inches from heat, 6 minutes per side.
* 4 minutes per side for medium rare.
Turn and brush with marinade.
Let rest 3 minutes before carving.
