Bring 1cup water to boil.
Soak 1c red bulgur in it, 1hr.
1c parsely - chopped 1/2c mint - chopped
5 tomatoes - diced
Deseed & dice a cucumber
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/2 c lemon juice
1/2 c olive oil
2 tbsp crushed garlic
Chop 5 spring onions
