1/4 lb. butter
1 cup sifted flour
4 oz. cream cheese
Filling
1 egg slightly beaten
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
dash salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
Grease two muffin tins, then take dough and make a small ball and shape it in the muffin cups. Mix the filing and spoon into the shells. Bake at 350 deg. for 15 to 17 minutes. Reduce heat to 250 deg. and bake 10 minutes more.
Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
