Peanut Sauce

1-1/2 tbs. minced garlic
1-1/2 tbs. minced ginger
6 tbs. smooth peanut butter
3-1/2 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. rice wine or sake
1-1/2 tbs. sesame oil
3 tbs. Worcestershire sauce (or Chinese black vinegar)
2-1/2 tbs. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. hot chili paste
4-6 tbs. broth of some sort

Blend ginger and garlic into a paste. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time. Blend until smooth after each addition. Add the first 4 tablespoons of the broth. Add more if the sauce seems too thick.
