500 g confectioners sugar
4 large egg whites
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
Transfer egg whites, cream of tartar and salt to a large bowl. Use paddle attachment on mixer. Beat on medium-low until smooth. Slowly add the confectioners sugar.
Once incorportated beat on medium-high for four minutes. Until consistency matches ranch dressing mixed with shampoo.
Divide icing into separate bowls for each desired color. Start with a drop or two of color.
